At UniResort, we strive to make your booking experience smooth and hassle-free. Here’s what you can expect when you submit your application:

Application Processing Time: Once you submit your application, our dedicated team will work diligently to process it within 2 business days.

Booking Acceptance: If your booking is accepted, congratulations! We’ll send you detailed instructions on how to secure your room. Please note that you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 2 weeks’ rent within 48 hours to confirm your reservation. If you’re not ready to make this commitment, we kindly ask that you refrain from submitting an application at this time.

Stay Informed: Keep a close eye on your inbox. If your requested room type is unavailable or if there are any other issues with your application, we’ll be in touch promptly. Our goal is to ensure you have a comfortable and seamless transition into your new home, and we’ll work with you to find suitable alternatives or gather any necessary additional information.

Carparking is available at a rate of $20 per week for Academic year and Full year bookings, and rest assured, it's secure and assigned just for you. In the event that a parking spot isn't immediately available, we'll place you on a waitlist until one opens up.

Feel free to inform us about your preference for accommodation: whether you'd like to stay in a single-gender (all-male or all-female) or mixed-gender apartment. Please keep in mind that this is a request and cannot be guaranteed. For mixed-gender couples, please note that you will be assigned to a mixed-gender apartment as per our policy.

Couple bookings are exclusively offered for Studio or Superior rooms, and both individuals in the couple must be current students to reside here. Please be aware that couple bookings will incur an additional weekly charge of $150 in addition to the standard rental rate. For mixed-gender couples (i.e., male and female), it's important to note that you will be accommodated in a mixed-gender apartment as per our policy.
