    Under state legislation you purchase the right to reside in a home located in a village.

    • You do not own the home
    • You will pay exit fees (up to 25% of sale price)
    • Not eligible for government subsidies
    • Upon passing legal personal representatives and beneficiaries cannot occupy the home or the site.
