Easy buying and selling – If you choose to sell your home, you can sell it yourself through an agent or park management. Your chosen sales consultant or park management can assist you with the fees. No exit fees apply. Some residents may qualify to receive government rental assistance for part of the weekly rental
payment. We recommend that you contact Centrelink to discuss your personal situation.
What can Sweetwater Grove offer me?
Sweetwater Grove is a residential community, conveniently located to many local health, shopping and recreational services. To ensure privacy, there are no common walls between the homes and our community is made up of residents who have similar needs and lifestyles.
Do I have to pay for the activities I participate in?
Our community has facilities that are included for our residents at no extra expense, including swimming pool, tennis court and access to community centre. From time to time, we may offer participation in classes and additional activities which may incur extra costs.
Can anyone use the facilities?
The facilities at Sweetwater Grove are for the use of residents and their guests only.
Can visitors stay with me?
Naturally, relatives and any other visitors you wish to invite are welcome to your home at any time. Some restrictions may apply. Your sales agent and park manager will be able to provide more information.
Can I move into Sweetwater Grove if I have children living with me?
There may be restrictions on children living within Sweetwater Grove. Check with your sales agent or the park manager for more information.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Small dogs that are registered and approved by the park manager are welcome at Sweetwater Grove. Some breeds may be excluded.
