Take in the serenity of Merimbula with a sunset beach walk or a stroll around town after enjoying the Park facilities. Note, this cabin is not dog friendly.

Our Beach Comber Cabins are perfect for couples and small families of 4! Featuring a queen bed, one set of bunks, a studio kitchen, and a dining/living area, these cabins are the perfect spot to take advantage of quick access to the main beach. This cabin is dog friendly. These are our entry level elevated, two-bedroom cabins that offer comfortable accommodation with a queen bed, two bunks, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a bathroom.  They also have a small outdoor dining area. Located in a prime spot within the Park, our Salt Water Villas are just a 5-minute stroll to the beach, so you can easily enjoy sand, surf, and sunsets without the hassle of long walks. If you’re looking to accommodate everyone in one place? This is it, Tween House! This Beach House has two queen beds, two bunks beds, a full kitchen, a large living area with TV, a dining area, a bathroom with spa and shower, and your private deck – equipped with a BBQ. Keeping everyone happy has always been challenging. Enjoy all the Park facilities, enjoy nature, and spend sun-filled days at the beach. You’ll always want to stay! Enjoy balmy evenings on your private balcony with a Weber BBQ – the perfect way to wind down after a day in the sun with family or friends. Good news for pet lovers – Ocean Breeze Villas are now dog friendly! Bring along your furry friend (1 dog per villa) and make your holiday even more memorable.

Ideal for families or groups of up to five people, with a queen bed and double single bunk, spacious living area, outdoor area and fully equipped kitchen.  After a day of exploring or splashing around in the pool and Splash Park, a soak in the indoor spa will do the trick and have you ready to tackle another day. Note, this villa is not dog friendly.

Our three-bedroom Villas are the perfect option for couples or larger families. Including a queen bed, two single beds and two sets of bunks, full kitchen facilities, a living area, and a bathroom, it has everything you need and features a covered verandah for warm summer nights. As well as having everything you could ask for in one place, it is also across from our pool and Splash Park, handy for the kids who love water! Note, this villa is not dog friendly.

Feel right at home in our Palm Villas; whether you are looking for a couple, family, or group wanting multiple cabins, these villas are perfect. Directly across from the pool, our two-bedroom villas feature a queen bed, two sets of bunks, a kitchen, and a living area. The covered verandah makes outdoor dining a breeze or the perfect place to enjoy an evening beverage while the kids splash around in the pool. Our Palm Villas feature accessible bathrooms and a ramp for easy access. Note, this villa is not dog friendly.
