Guests also have access to Koala Shores Holiday Park’s facilities, including pedal karts, Bouncing Pillow, Putt-Putt, BBQ areas and boat ramp access for kayaks, paddle boards and boats. The perfect setting for a relaxing family or group getaway.

Welcome to Tilligerry Lodge, one of Koala Shore’s most in-demand holiday homes. Our spacious home features four bedrooms, two double beds, two single beds, a trio bunk, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, two bathrooms, and two living areas. You will enjoy the area’s serenity with a large verandah and outdoor setting for those summer evenings.

Enjoy a touch of luxury surrounded by nature in our spacious Deluxe Bushland Spa Suites. Featuring a queen bed in the main bedroom, a double bed and bunk beds in the second, plus a kitchen, living area and pull-out sofa bed for an additional guest. Unwind in your private spa for two or enjoy a BBQ on the large outdoor deck. Located close to the Bouncing Pillow, these suites are perfect for a relaxing family getaway.

Relax and unwind in our spacious Deluxe Waterview Suites, offering a comfortable stay with views towards the water. Each suite features two double beds, a single loft bed, bathroom, kitchen and living area. Step onto your private balcony to enjoy a BBQ, read a book or simply relax with family and friends. *Water views may be limited during peak periods.

Our Superior Bushland Villas are modern and include a queen bed in the main room, bunk and single in the second room, bathroom, kitchenette, and living area. Relax in air-conditioned comfort on hot nights, chill out on the breezy front deck during your blissful afternoons, and watch the world go by.

Peaceful bliss in paradise! Our two-bedroom Superior Garden Villas have undercover parking and offer superb value while centrally located within the Park.They feature a queen-sized bed in the main room and a trio bunk in the second (top single, bottom double), bathroom, kitchen, and a living area. Enjoy the sounds of nature as you sip coffee on your private deck.

What could be better than by the pool? These cabins are ideally located within the Park for the water babies. Our well-styled Superior Villas have two bedrooms, with a queen-sizes bed in the main room, two single beds in the second room, separate bathroom, kitchen, and living space, featuring a pull-out sofa for the visitors who don’t want to leave. Enjoy lazy afternoons on your private patio.

Perfect for the family! Our lovely Water View Lodges comprise two bedrooms, a queen bed in the main room, two sets of bunks in the second, a bathroom, a kitchen with an oven, and a living area. Enjoy the wonders of nature on your private deck overlooking the grassed area for the kids to burn some energy. Peak periods may hinder water views.

Cosy up in the bushland! Perfect for a couple’s getaway with a double bed, bathroom, kitchenette, and verandah with an outdoor setting. Wake up with beautiful water views while ideally located within the Park to take advantage of all our facilities. What could be better? Peak periods may hinder water views.

Love camping but still want the creature comforts? Our ensuite sites are the best of both worlds, located close to the water and offering filtered water views, all while having the comfort of an ensuite bathroom. Who says you have to rough it camping? Ensuite sites off shade cloth, and some have concrete slabs. Sites can accommodate up to 22ft caravans and motorhomes. Rates are based on 2 persons, extra person charges may apply. Our waterfront sites offer uninterrupted views of the water, they are large sites with either a slab or grass. Sit back and relax and enjoy the waterfront location.

If it is water views you are looking for, this is the way to go. Proximity to the waterfront and nestled in the heart of nature, fishing, and kayaking are a stone’s throw away. Enjoy the sunset over the water after a day of exploring the area or trying to spot some koalas. Sites can accommodate up to 22ft caravans and motorhomes; sites have filtered views of the water. Our powered sites are ideally located within the Park and offer power, water, and sullage. Some sites also provide a concrete pad. Create camping memories for the whole family with the natural surroundings and Kid’s Zone. Koala Shores is the ideal spot to base yourself and explore Port Stephens and Newcastle.
