These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Aspen Holidays website and to bookings made for accommodation, camping and other services offered by Aspen Holidays and its participating holiday parks.
By making a booking or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Aspen Holidays or the relevant holiday park.
A booking is confirmed once payment or the required deposit has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued.
The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age and is responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of booking is accurate.
Bookings are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the individual holiday park, including minimum stays, maximum occupancy, site requirements and other applicable restrictions.
2. Rates and payment
Rates displayed on the website are in Australian dollars and may change without notice.
The total price payable will be confirmed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for extra guests, additional vehicles, pets, special requests, cleaning, damage or other services where applicable.
Payment requirements vary between properties and booking types. The applicable payment schedule will be provided at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation and amendments
Cancellation and amendment policies may vary depending on the holiday park, accommodation type, booking dates and rate selected.

Where a booking is cancelled outside the applicable cancellation period, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with the cancellation terms applying to that booking.

4. Special offers and promotions
Special offers and promotional rates are subject to availability and may have specific booking periods, stay periods, minimum stays, blackout dates or other conditions.
Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or offers unless expressly stated.
Aspen Holidays reserves the right to amend or withdraw an offer at any time.
5. Check in and check out
Standard check in and check out times vary between holiday parks and accommodation types and will be provided with your booking confirmation.
Guests must comply with the applicable check in and check out times unless an alternative arrangement has been confirmed with the holiday park.
Early check in and late check out may be available upon request but are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
6. Occupancy and guests
The number of guests staying in accommodation or on a site must not exceed the maximum occupancy specified for the booking.
Only registered guests may stay overnight unless prior approval has been provided by the holiday park.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that all members of their party comply with these Terms and Conditions and any additional rules applying at the holiday park.
7. Children and supervision
Children must be supervised at all times while using holiday park facilities, including swimming pools, playgrounds, recreational areas and other communal facilities.
Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety and behaviour of children in their care.
8. Pets
Pet policies vary between holiday parks, accommodation types and individual sites.
Pets are only permitted where expressly allowed by the relevant holiday park and may be subject to additional conditions or fees.
Pets must be supervised and controlled at all times and must not cause a nuisance or disturbance to other guests.
Assistance and support animals will be accommodated in accordance with applicable Australian law.
9. Guest behaviour
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly and to consider the comfort and safety of other guests, staff and the local community.
Excessive noise, disruptive behaviour, illegal activity, threatening behaviour or conduct that causes damage or unreasonable disturbance will not be tolerated.
Aspen Holidays reserves the right to require a guest or group to leave the property where their behaviour is considered inappropriate, unsafe or disruptive. In such circumstances, refunds may not be provided.
10. Facilities and services
Holiday park facilities, amenities and services may vary between locations and may be subject to availability, maintenance, weather conditions, safety requirements or other circumstances beyond our control.
Facilities may be temporarily closed or unavailable without notice where necessary for maintenance, safety or operational reasons.
11. Accommodation and site condition
Guests are expected to leave accommodation, sites and shared facilities in a clean and tidy condition.
Guests may be charged for excessive cleaning, damage, loss of keys or other property, or any additional costs incurred as a result of their stay.
Guests must not remove furniture, equipment or other property from accommodation or communal areas.
12. Personal belongings and valuables
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during their stay.
Aspen Holidays is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Guests should take appropriate precautions to secure their belongings and vehicles.
13. Vehicles and parking
Vehicles must be parked only in designated areas and in accordance with the rules of the relevant holiday park.
Vehicle access may be restricted in certain areas for safety or operational reasons.
Guests are responsible for complying with applicable road rules and park speed limits.
14. Website information and images
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information, images, descriptions, prices and facilities displayed on the website are accurate and current.
However, images may be representative and accommodation, landscaping, facilities and surroundings may vary between properties and locations.
