The upgrade, which is expected to be completed by October 2026, includes a brand-new swimming pool, new shaded seating areas, steam room and new landscaping across the outdoor areas. The improvements will create more inviting spaces for residents to relax, unwind and socialise, while enhancing the overall presentation and functionality of the property.
