Exciting progress continues at Aspen Lifestyle Sweetwater Grove in Greater Newcastle, with the opening of two brand-new display homes.
With 5 homes nearing completion and a further 15 currently under construction, the community is continuing to grow at an impressive rate.
Both new display homes showcase modern, open-plan designs that provide ample natural light and create spacious, comfortable living areas. They also feature 3.5kW solar systems and energy-efficient heat pump hot water systems, helping residents enjoy a more sustainable and energy-efficient lifestyle.
The community is also continuing to expand, with a number of exciting new facilities in the works, including a community garden, bowling green, and community workshop. These additions will provide even more opportunities for residents to connect, stay active and enjoy the community lifestyle.
We’re also excited to announce that open home inspections are now being held every Wednesday from 10am–11am, as well as on the last Saturday of each month from 10am–11am.
