The Opportunity
We are seeking a capable, commercially minded and operationally disciplined individual to manage Aspen Lifestyle Meadowbrooke, a growing over-50's lifestyle community in Boyanup, WA.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will:
- Oversee daily operations
- Lead and support a small team
- Ensure a safe, well-run over 50’s Lifestyle Residential Community
- Help residents find the right home within the community
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the community
- Create a safe, structured and well-managed environment for residents and staff
- Act as the key point of contact for residents and resolve issues with professionalism and care
- Manage and support onsite staff and contractors
- Sales Agent by assisting new residents to find their new home
- Manage budgets, financial performance and reporting
- Ensure compliance with Work Health & Safety (WHS) standards, including inspections and incident management
- Build strong relationships within the local community
Who This Role Is Ideal For
We strongly encourage applications from individuals with backgrounds in:
- Military or Defence
- Emergency services (police, ambulance, fire)
- Healthcare or nursing
Your experience in leadership, decision-making, safety and working with people is highly transferable to this role.
Skills and Experience
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage people, resolve issues and make sound decisions
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- A calm, practical approach under pressure
- Commercial awareness or willingness to learn
Previous property or sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
